Oven and Incubator Combined
Double walled, inner made of thick stainless steel, outer made of heavy duly M. Steel duly powder coated. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Door is provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. inner chamber is provided with 2/3 nos. perforated stainless steel. Temp. Range is from ambient to 2500C in oven and from ambient to 700C in incubator and is controlled by digital temperature indicator cum controller with PT-100 sensor with an accuracy of +/-10C. Heating is done with ISI mark heating elements made from ni-chrome heating wire placed in porcelain cups in bottom as well as in sides to maintain the uniformity of the temp. Air circulating fan to maintain the uniformity of the temp. Throughout the chamber separate control for each chamber and the control panel provided on the top.
